My training sessions range from 1-on-1 sessions, partner training, or small groups. Sessions last approximately 40 minutes and are dynamic, fun, and results oriented. I combine resistance, cardiovascular, plyometrics, core, balance, and flexibility training. In addition, I include functional exercises using kettlebells, sandbags, and suspension trainers.
